- How do I bid on a unit?
Visit StorageAuctions.com and create an account. 24 Hr Self Storage auctions are hosted by this website.
- Is there someone on site to help me?
- All of 24 Hr Self Storage facilities are unmanned. There will not be any staff on site to help you clean out the unit that you have won.
- Cleaning Out the Unit.
- You must clear the unit out completely. Abandoned items will result in a permanent ban from participating in all future auctions. None of 24 Hr Self Storage's locations have dumpster access for customer or auction buyer use. You are required to remove all items from 24 Hr Self Storage's property for disposal or other use.
- When am I expected to pay?
- Please call our office and speak with the Collections Manager at 423-430-6811 immediately following the close of the auction. Payment is accepted by credit or debit only.
- How do I know I won a unit?
StorageAuctions.com will alert you that you have won the unit after the auction closes. All winning buyers must first settle with StorageAuctions prior to calling 24 Hr Self Storage.
- How I access the unit?
- Call 423-430-6811 after winning the unit for access instructions.
