I was able to immediately rent a storage unit by phone and never had to visit an office! Payments were easily taken care of each month and I never had any concerns about the safety of my items. All the staff were friendly and helpful anytime I had a question. I had my unit for roughly a year and the only reason I left 24 hour self storage was because I got married and now have room in my new house for my things. I would absolutely recommend these storage options to anyone looking for a safe, convenient storage facility for their items. Highly recommended!

My experience with 24 Hour Self Storage was excellent. The initial rental process was smooth and all correspondence was courteous. Access was convenient, the unit was clean, and climate control was effective. When I no longer needed the unit, the closeout process went without a hitch. 5 stars.

Very nice, clean and reasonably-priced facility. Had a "climate-controlled" unit for 3 years and couldn't have been more pleased. Easy to rent - just complete via phone...and all the personnel that I dealt with were friendly, courteous and helpful. Would rent there again if the need arise .

I had a great experience! I needed to rent a unit unexpectedly on the 4th of July and the folks at 24 Hr Self Storage were available and helped me pick out the ideal unit over-the-phone. I had a unit here for almost a year and only encountered a minor issue, which they resolved immediately. I would definitely rent from them again, should the need arise.
