We are conveniently located on the Bristol Highway as you travel into Piney Flats coming from Johnson City. We are located approximately 100 yards from the new McDonald’s & across from Bojangle’s in Piney Flats.

This place has been super to deal with and should be able to give they 10 stars. Love the fact that the facility is climate controlled and super clean. Used them for months to store my items and everything when needed was just as they were when I stored them. Definitely recommend and the staff is awesome too. Very satisfied customer.

The facility is neat and clean. Renting a unit is easy, but the process is informative. The staff are responsive and friendly. I transferred to an entirely different facility and found it to be a smooth process.

I rented from the 24 Hour Self Storage in Piney Flats for a little over two years. It is not a far drive from Johnson City, and the units out here are a great deal compared to the ones in town. The facility was always clean and I never had to worry the safety of my personal things. This is a local, American owned family company with many locations around the Tri-Cities. They were super nice and always easy to deal with! Unfortunately I had to move but I sure wish I was still with these guys!

Excellent experience! Items in storage appeared as if we had just put them in unit and it had been almost 10 months. I would definitely recommend this storage provider, especially the climate controlled ntolled units for long-term storage.
